A Worthing care home has been named as the best in the south east.

The New Grange Care Home by Worthing Hospital has been praised for its work with dementia patients.  It was given a prestigious prize by the  Kent Surrey Sussex Academic Health Science Network (KSSAHSN), at The Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. New Grange is a 45 bed care home which looks after patients with dementia.  Emma Harris, the registered manager at The New Grange said,

“I am so proud that we have won such a prestigious award, and that we received the award along with our very supportive owners,as well as some of my great team of carers.”

Guy Boersma, Managing Director, Kent Surrey Sussex Academic Health Science Network, said,
