A man has had his tooth knocked out while being robbed in a graveyard in East Grinstead last week.
The 23-year-old was walking between Mount Noddy Cemetery and Blackwell Farm Road, when he was approached from behind by two people just after 11pm on Saturday (April, 15).
He was knocked to the floor by the suspects who stole money and a bank card from his wallet.
The man sustained a small puncture wound to his hip and lost a tooth.
Detective Sergeant Ian Warncken said:
“This robbery has left the victim feeling very shaken.
“We would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time or saw anyone acting suspiciously.”
The suspects are described as white men wearing dark coloured hooded tops, baggy trousers and had their faces covered.
