An extra date has been added for Russell Brand Re:Birth tour in Worthing.
When it was announced Russell Brand would be bringing his latest show Re:Birth to the Assembly Hall in Worthing, the performance sold out within 24 hours.
After this local response, the comedian has added an additional date of Tuesday 25 July.
Worthing Theatres have said they expect tickets to be sold out again very shortly.
Russell Brand has been discussing the questions he tackles in his new show,
“How do we make sense of the madness of our lives once we become parents?
“What am I going to tell my daughter about conformity and responsibility?
“What happens if she grows up to be like me or, worse, date someone like me?”
Since rising to fame in 2003, Russell Brand has established himself as one of one of the world’s most celebrated stand-up comedians.
His acclaimed tours include Shame, Only Joking and Scandalous which marked his US live debut.
Brand’s hugely successful Messiah Complex was critically acclaimed and also a best-selling DVD.
Aside from stand-up, Russell is also a successful broadcaster, actor, author, podcaster, columnist and political commentator.
The 42 year old is also a mental health and drug rehabilitation activist.
Re:Birth began in April 2017 touring the UK and Ireland, finishing in November 2018.
