Up to 50 jobs are set to be created as italian bistro Aqua arrives in Worthing.
The company is taking over premises in Chapel Road, on the site of the former Wetherspoon’s pub the Sir Timothy Shelley.
A recruitment day for staff is taking place on August 5.
The group has said a range of food will be on offer including carpaccio, oysters, pork cheeks, duck and lobster.
There will also be a set lunch and early dinner menu with two courses for £11 and three courses for £13.
The restaurant is due to open on September 13.
