Originally a stately home, The Highdown Hotel is set within the glorious grounds of Highdown Gardens on Highdown Hill, West Sussex.  Highdown has 16 comfortable en-suite guest rooms, a large traditional restaurant offering  a carvery Monday to Saturday lunch times 12pm to 2.30pm and Sundays from 12pm to 6pm, plus a traditional a la carte menu each evening from Monday to Saturday.

The Bowes-Lyons suite has seating for up to 75 guests which is perfect for your ceremony, whilst the Grand Ballroom is a beautiful function room reached by a lit staircase, where you can enjoy your wedding breakfast and dance the evening away. The Ballroom can comfortably accommodate 150 evening guests, and is also the perfect location to host proms, anniversary parties and Christmas party nights. It will also be hosting the Highdown’s very first comedy night.
