A pedestrian remains in a life-threatening condition following a collision with a car in Worthing last week (Thursday, 25).

The local man, aged 48, was flown to hospital following the incident involving a Peugeot in Broadwater Road at midday.

Police are now appealing for three drivers who may have seen it happen to come forward.

Officers said dashcam photos have been released of two dark coloured cars that were stationary southbound in front of the collision, and a white car in the opposite direction that would have passed the collision.

They also want to talk to the driver of a Mercedes Actros which passed moments before the collision happened.
