Watches, a handbag and bank cards have been stolen from a house in Bexhill.

The property that was broken into, was a house in Colebrooke Road in Bexhill.

Police believe the burglary took place between 10.30pm on Wednesday 27 June and 6.30am on Thursday 28 June.

A rose gold Rolex watch, black Armani watch with gold hands, a black leather handbag, money and bank cards were all taken.

Sussex officers are appealing for witnesses.

Anyone who noticed any suspicious behaviour in the area is asked to report it online.

Police suggest register property at immobilise.com, which is a free service.

Officers say this can increase chances of being reunited with stolen items.
