What is your favourite song of all time? That’s the hardest question ever!! There are SO many I could choose, but I’m gonna go for Spice Girls – Wannabe!
What is your favourite food? LOVE a curry. Spicier the better!
How long does it take you to get ready in the morning? Half an hour. I haven’t got the patience or skill to spend ages on my hair!
If you weren’t on the radio, what would you be doing instead? I nearly studied costume design, so probably working on a film set somewhere dressing Ryan Gosling. In fact, perhaps I should re-train…
What would be the name of your autobiography? ‘It’s All About Lou’
Do you have any secret talents? I can get my leg behind my head!
Favourite film? The Railway Children! I grew up just down the road from the Bluebell Railway!
What three items would you want with you on a desert island? My phone, a take-away menu, and a decent bed!
Ideal holiday destination? Somewhere with a lake I can swim in.
Any annoying habits we should know about? I’m a bit of a perfectionist!
What’s your claim to fame? I once had a cuppa with Sussex legend Dame Vera Lynne!
How do you relax after a hard day at work? G&T and chocolate normally sorts out most problems!
Who is your hero/idol? Victoria Wood. What a babe.
Favourite band/artist? I’m a proper 90s girl… Spice Girls, B*Witched, Steps… You get the idea!
What are your hobbies? I love aerial gymnastics and yoga, sewing when I get round to it, and baking.
What is your favourite animal? Cats. I’m definitely a cat person.
Have you ever had a nickname? What is it? Gnasher obvs. Lucifer. Lou-Lou… Nothing very original!
What would you sing at a Karaoke night? Ahhhhh I hate karaoke! Can I do a duet so I don’t have to do it on my own?!
If you could go back in time, what year would you travel to and why? I’d love to go to a wild 1920’s party complete with flapper dress!
If you could share a meal with any 3 individuals, living or dead, who would they be? Stephen Fry, Prince Harry and Matt Baker.
