At 10:59am on Monday 13th May 2019 More Radio joined together with over 300 radio stations to kick off Mental Health Awareness week and share an important mental health message. Working with Heads Together, the mental health campaign spearheaded by The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, the #MentalHealthMinute will mark the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week.

His Royal Highness the Duke of Cambridge, musician Katy Perry, comedian, actor and writer Stephen Fry, actress, presenter and activist Jameela Jamil and singer and television personality Alesha Dixon have come together to talk about the value of listening and the positive role it can play on our mental health. The Mental Health Minute aims to emphasise the importance of talking about mental health, how listening cannot be under estimated and how each and every one of us has the power to make a difference.
