Police said Dean Stacey Jason, of Brighton, was spotted on CCTV breaking into Electric Bikes Sussex in Brighton Marina on December 2.

The 32-year-old reportedly cycled to the store and locked his own bike outside before breaking in, and making off with a till and a brand new bike worth £2,500.
