Adele and boyfriend Rich Paul have shared a photograph of them standing outside what is thought to be the couple's first home together.
The mansion, said to be worth $58m (£47m) was previously owned by Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone and sits in three acres in the star-studded Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles.
The singer and Klutch Sports Group founder Rich are smiling and holding up a set of keys in a photo that has appeared on Adele's Instagram page.
The 18,587 sq ft home apparently boasts eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms and sits at the end of a long private driveway.
The sale is a 47% discount on Stallone's original price tag, of $110m (£90m).
According to an article in the LA Times, Stallone had been shopping it around for more than a year, first listing it in 2021. With no takers, he cut the price to $80m in October.
The Oscar-nominated actor had slowly transformed the once-Mediterranean-style compound into a more contemporary estate.
He touched up the living spaces with steel-framed windows and doors, added an art studio in the eight-car garage and also tapped mega-mansion master Richard Landry to build a guesthouse, according to the LA Times.
The mansion also includes a movie theatre, custom bar, gym and cigar room and two Rocky Balboa statues make an appearance.
Adele's new Beverley Park neighbours include Denzel Washington, Magic Johnson and Justin Bieber.
Stallone, 75, has since relocated to a $35.38m compound in Florida's Palm Beach.
In February, Adele had been forced to address rumours she had split from US sports agent Rich, adding to an Instagram post, "Oh and Rich sends his love".
