Big Match Preview: Brighton And Hove Albion Vs Tottenham Hotspur

Two of the Premier League's top-four sides face each other at the Amex Stadium tomorrow (Saturday) when Brighton take on Tottenham in a 5.30pm kick-off.

The Seagulls will be looking to continue a blistering start to the campaign, which has seen them pick up 14 points in their opening seven matches.

The loss of high profile players and manager Graham Potter has failed to de-rail Albion, who were unfortunate to only take a point from a 3-3 draw against Liverpool at Anfield in Roberto De Zerbi's first game in charge last weekend.

Spurs, meanwhile, will be licking their wounds after a 3-1 North London derby reverse against Arsenal in their previous match.

That was Antonio Conte's side's first league defeat of the campaign and left the title-challenger four points off their local rivals in top spot.

Historically, the sides have met on 35 occasions, with Spurs winning 18, Brighton 8 and the other 9 matches ending all square.

Last season saw Albion win 1-0 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, while Spurs won 2-0 at the Amex.

Injury and suspension news

Brighton's Jakub Moder remains out with a long-term knee injury, while Enock Mwepu is a doubt through illness.

Japhet Tanganga, Lucas Moura and Dejan Kulusevski will again be unavailable for selection through injury, while Emerson Royal is suspended due to his red card in the North London derby.

Possible line-ups

Brighton (3-4-3):

Tottenham (5-4-1):

Prediction: Brighton 1 - 2 Tottenham

Two sides capable of expansive football should provide an entertaining evening at the Amex tomorrow.

Conte's crew will be determined to put last week's blip behind them and should have too much quality on the day.
