Brighton Named Premier League's Best Away Day Experience

Research shows that Brighton has the best away day in the top league in England, with high median reviews for bars, pubs, and restaurants, reasonable prices for hotels and drinks, and a high percentage of positive stadium reviews.

The data collected by sports experts Flashscore compared eight factors that influence the enjoyment of a football away day.

The stadium's review score was included, as was the percentage of reviews that refer to the atmosphere positively.

This would include comments such as “great atmosphere” in the reviews.

The research then also analysed the median review score of local pubs and restaurants, hotel prices, and the median reviews of these hotels.

Finally, it looked at the median price of an alcoholic drink in the area, as well as the distance from the train station to the stadium.

The UK’s best away days in the Premier League:

The seaside resort is a popular tourist destination known for its vibrant nightlife, with a wide array of bars rated on average 4.5 out of 5.
