Lily Dent has joined Women’s Championship side Portsmouth on a season-long loan.
The 18-year-old has made four appearances in all competitions for Albion, having made her debut in January against Chelsea.
Dent recently signed her first professional contract with the club after a successful pre-season with the first-team squad.
Women’s first-team head coach Dario Vidosic said:
“Lily is an exciting young talent in our academy set-up and we're eager to see her progress further at Portsmouth.
“This will be a great learning opportunity for her to experience a testing senior environment in the Championship. We'll monitor her progress and wish her all the best for the season.”
Meanwhile, Grace McEwen has also joined Portsmouth on a dual-registration this season.
She'll be eligible to play for both Pompey and our women's under-19 squad, but not be our women’s first team.
