Police say the driver and a passenger are injured after a double-decker bus hit a bridge in Haywards Heath.
It happened just before 7am this morning (April 27) on Rocky Lane.
The road was closed in both directions but has now been re-opened.
A spokesperson for Sussex police says:
"At 6.42am on Tuesday (27 April) officers received a report of a double-decker bus colliding with the railway bridge in Rocky Lane, Haywards Heath. The driver and one of the passengers on board suffered injuries and are being treated by medical staff.
The road is closed in both directions and Network Rail have been made aware. "
The team, along with our fire and ambulance colleagues, have had to attend Rocky Lane this morning as a Bus has misjudged the bridge and hit the bridge, damaging its top level.
