Shoreham's volunteer RNLI lifeboat crew were summoned into action twice yesterday (Friday).
The first call of the day was to investigate a pile of clothes which had been left on a beach in Brighton.
A search was conducted and nothing was found.
The next call was to assist two people on board a broken down jet ski at Saltdean.
The people were recovered and the jet ski towed to Newhaven.
Our lifeboats were launched this afternoon to carry out a search after a pile of clothes were found on the beach at #Brighton. Nothing was found.
