Here’s all the coronavirus related news that’s gone on in Sussex over the last 24 hours.

As of Wednesday (June, 17) at 6am, the following figures are the known number of Covid-19 cases in each district:

East Sussex 748

West Sussex 1,358

Brighton and Hove 482

Sussex 2,588

Eastbourne's borough council insists its service to help rough sleepers is still operating...

The Borough Council urged anyone who sees a person sleeping rough, and who is unsure of the best way to help, to report their concerns to the council so that specialist support services can assist.

Many bowling alleys are set to re-open on July 4th...

Hollywood Bowl, which has centres in Worthing, Brighton and Crawley, says it plans to reopen on July 4 and has started taking bookings.

While communities across West Sussex won’t be celebrating Sussex Day – which ordinarily falls on June 16 – in the usual way this year, the collaboration has allowed residents to get a glimpse into the previously unseen past.
