Drone photographs taken by a Sussex photographer show how the building of an outdoor pool on the beach not far from Brighton Pier is progressing.
Due to open in May, over 1,000 people have already signed up as members of the National Open Water Swimming Centre of Excellence.
Local Leisure Trust, South Downs Leisure confirmed membership to the new 50m, 6-lane, open-air heated swimming pool, as being 90% locals from the BN1, 2 and 3 postcodes highlighting the support for the new development.
According to developers, the commercial units at the site are all let and tenants include Paddle People, The Endurance Project Coaching, Here Spaces, Photomatic, Policy Impact Partners, Luna Wave Yoga, Hove Village Nursery, Bison Beer, Wood X Coal, FIKA and Swim Trek.
