Enquiries continuing after elderly woman dies in Worthing Wimpy

Enquiries are continuing into the death of a woman in her 70s, who died at a Wimpy in Worthing last week. Emergency services were called just after 4pm on Friday (November, 22) to the restaurant in Chapel Road, following concerns for the health of the woman. Ambulance crew and police made efforts to help the woman, who died around 40 minutes later. Officers said the death is not being treated as suspicious, and the coroner's officer is continuing enquiries.
