A Flood Alert has been issued for parts of West Sussex from Friday.
The Environment Agency has issued a warning for groundwater flooding in West Dean, Singleton, Charlton, East Dean and Chilgrove.
It also says there is a chance that water will flow on roads and groundwater may be high enough to cause cellar flooding, or be close to floorboards, in some properties in these areas.
If you have pumps to help reduce groundwater levels in your property, please check they are working.

The Environment Agency will continue to monitor the water levels and the weather forecast.
