Hastings Stabbing: Two Teenagers Arrested

Two teenagers have been arrested following a stabbing in Hastings after which a man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident that happened in Wellington Place on Saturday (Oct 30).

Paramedics were first on the scene and they called officers around 5.25pm when they realised the victim's injuries were consistent with being stabbed.

Officers arrested a 14-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy on suspicion of wounding with intent.

They were released on bail while police carry out enquiries.

Officers investigating the incident are keen to hear from anyone who saw what happened, or who may have captured any CCTV or mobile phone footage of the incident.
