Man Attacked With Baseball Bat In Eastbourne

There's an investigation after a man was approached from behind and hit with a baseball bat in Eastbourne on May 10.

The man had been walking between St. Phillips Avenue and Marlow Avenue between 6 and 8pm when two men approached him from behind and attacked him before running off.

Police are also keen to speak to a woman who was walking her dog at the time of the incident and may have witnessed the assault.
