A man has been charged after a burglary in St Leonards in June.
Police said Billy Kent was charged following a report of a break-in at a property in Bexhill Road between 10.30pm on June 28, and 6.45am on June 29.
Officers said a quantity of cash and other items were stolen from inside the address.
On Friday, the 20-year-old sales assistant of Wishing Tree Road, St Leonards, was charged with burglary and theft.
He appeared before Brighton Magistrates' Court on Saturday, where he was remanded in custody to appear at Lewes Crown Court on September 3.
