A body has been discovered in Crawley this morning (Tuesday).
Officers were called by South East Coast Ambulance Service after the body of a man was found on a bench in Ruper Road.
Police arrived at 7.49am.
Officers say the death currently being treated as unexplained.
Enquiries are continuing.
A spokesperson for Sussex police said:
'Police were called by South East Coast Ambulance Service at 7.49am on Tuesday (March 2) after a man was found deceased on a bench in Rusper Road, Crawley. Officers are in attendance at the scene and enquiries are ongoing.
'The death is currently being treated as unexplained, and the coroner’s office has been made aware. There are no further details at this time.'
