The popular Moonlight Walk Week, organised by St Wilfrid's Hospice returns to the streets of Chichester tomorrow (Saturday).
There's just a few tickets left for the event itself, so organisers have introduced a ‘paw-fect’ new addition to the virtual event this year.
For those walking the event virtually, a bandana will be provided by St Wilfrid's for their four-legged-friends to wear.
You can raise awareness for the hospice by joining in on Strava and social media to share a snapshot of the route in the shape of a moon. Don't forget to use the hashtag: #MoonlightWalkies.
Simply sign up for your supporter pack and official t-shirt, choose your own time and route and complete your 5 or 10 miles (that’s 10,000 or 20,000 steps) before Saturday, September 11 to earn your medal.
With referrals to the hospice up 40% since the pandemic first began, every penny will count towards the delivery of compassionate end of life care in the local community.
Register at stwh.co.uk/moonlightwalk or call 01243 755899 to bag your pooches’ bandanna whilst stocks last.
