Police are investigating after a driver and passenger abandoned their crashed car following a three-vehicle collision in Chichester last Thursday (November, 7) morning. Officers said the occupants were driving a red Vauxhall when it hit a blue Audi on the A259 Cathedral way at around 9.30am. A black Honda was also involved in the collision, travelling north after exiting the Via Ravenna roundabout. Police said the missing occupants were last seen walking in the direction of Chichester College. A 28-year-old man from Hayling Island, Hampshire, who was driving the Audi, was treated in hospital for slight injuries. A 48-year-old local woman and her 47-year-old husband who were in the Honda also sustained slight injuries. Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting serial 313 of 07/11.
