Sussex Heart Charity To Hold Sponsored Walk In Brighton This Sunday (May 14)

It's not too late to join the other 98 people who have signed up to take part in a sponsored walk along Brighton's seafront this Sunday, in aid of people with heart conditions.

The event will start at 10am at Rendezvous casino in Brighton Marina, with registration open from 9am.

Participants will take a "leisurely five-mile walk" up to the Peace statue in Hove and back again.

Families, friends and dogs are all welcome and there will be snacks half way for everyone (including dogs) and coffee and cake in a lounge after the walk.

Staff from NHS cardiac rehabilitation wards at the Sussex Royal Hospital and Princess Royal hospital will be attending, as charity staff work closely with the cardiac units at the hospitals.
