Sussex Included In New Heavy Rain and Thunderstorm Warning

A second warning for heavy rain and thunderstorms has been issued by the Met Office — and Sussex is included.

A Met Office weather warning is already in place until 10pm tonight (Saturday).

Now, forecasters have issued a new alert set to come into force tomorrow (Sunday).

The warning is in place from 5am tomorrow morning until 11.59pm tomorrow night.

Forecasters are warning of heavy showers and thunderstorms.

Bad weather may also lead to flooding and transport disruption, the Met Office says.
