Thousands of so called 'Kill The Bill' protestors have caused disruption in Brighton today (Saturday).
As previously reported by More Radio, protests were planned at The Level from 1pm today (Saturday).
Bus passengers have been abandoning their journeys as traffic has been bought to a stand still in the city's centre, some buses were also delayed on North Street for over half an hour.
The protestors are demonstrating against The Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill.
The legislation, grants police additional powers to restrict protests and thousands have gathered to rebel throughout the city, including on the seafront and underneath the Clock Tower.
Officers have been standing together to guard the entrance of John Street.
Arguments are understood to have occurred outside Brighton police station this afternoon.
