Police have arrested three people following the discovery of around £23,000 worth of cannabis at a flat in Bexhill. Officers called at the property in Linden Road on Easter Sunday (April, 12) as part of enquiries into an unrelated matter. However, once inside the flat, police said they noticed a strong smell a cannabis, and found bags of the drug, along with several thousand pounds in cash. Two men, aged 21 and 22, and a woman aged 21, were arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs with intent to supply, and money laundering. They have since been released under investigation.
