Worthing Attack: Man Left Injured On Residential Street

A man has been found injured after what's believed to be a violent assault near Longcroft Park in Worthing tonight, April 4.

Police were called to Whitebeam Road shortly before 7.30pm.

The street runs parallel to Romany Road, to allow access to residences.

The victim of an attack was found there, suffering from several injuries.

He has been taken to hospital, after an air ambulance attended the scene.

Enquiries are continuing tonight to locate any suspects.

Anyone who saw what happened or who has any other information is asked to contact police online or by calling 101 quoting serial 1077 of 04/04.
