Orchid House in Worthing will be be holding its annual Garden Tea Party in aid of Cancer Research UK.
The event, to be held on August 10, will feature entertainment, including pianists performing classical pieces, opera and musical theatre singers, a 'flapper' style Charleston performance (including lessons), young actors and actresses performing monologues.
Guests can also indulge in a full English Afternoon Tea with English sparkling wines and Pimms also available.
An art auction will be held at the event with donations from Arundel artists, including Karin Moorhouse, Anita Beresford Richards and Neil Holland, which they hope will raise funds for Cancer Research UK's shop in Arundel.
As well as John, their in-house pianist, Simon Gray will also be performing. Simon studied singing, piano and conducting at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and has since worked as a conductor in opera and musical theatre, on national tours, in the West End, regional theatres and in major concert houses including The Royal Albert Hall, The Queen Elizabeth Hall and the Royal Festival Hall.
